2nd Wind Real Estate an independent company owned and operated by Herb Packer. It has been in business since 2004. Specializing in residential real estate representing buyers and sellers. Herb has been in the Real Estate industry over 20 years. The companies’ moto/slogan is “I’ll go the distance for you.” Herb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business. He has achieved the designation of Real Estate Broker, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Military Relocation Professional (MRP). A member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Southwest Riverside Association of Realtors (SRCAR), San Diego Association of Realtors (SANDICOR). A U.S.NAVY veteran and retired Deep Sea Diver with a stellar 22 year career. Herb also did a career in Law Enforcement. Herb’s commitment to excellence under pressure is something he learned in both of his professional careers. He has brought this can do attitude to his Real Estate business.
